How to submit a support ticket

Simply look at the right top of your screen, for the "SUBMIT A REQUEST" link. Click on this and you will be able to sign up to your helpdesk system and log a helpdesk ticket.

After we have sent you a response, you will get it in your email account that you signed up with.  You can then simply reply to your email to respond, if needed. 

You can always log in to the ticket system to view the progress or responses to your ticket at any time.

We normally respond within 24hrs, but it may take slightly longer if its a weekend, or public holiday.
