My software doesn't work, or I found a new bug.

We have a full time developer and technical assistant who makes sure that we keep the software working.

If you have any problems with the software, or can't get it to work on your computer, please submit a ticket.

If you discover any new problems with the software:

1. Log into the Auto FB Marketer Members area, and check the SOFTWARE section for the newest update of the software. Delete the old version and start using the newer version.

2. If you still experience any other problems, submit a helpdesk ticket. My assistant will work with you to sort it out, or submit it to my developer if we find its a new bug. We will then get a new updated version on the members area ASAP.
